Hey. We talked about these FedEx sites in Asheville a few weeks ago. I entered all my reports into BIMS but wanted to
send you a follow up email.
NCGNE1168 is an old application from 2016.The NE was not issued and is no longer needed since this location is vacant
—628 Patton Avenue.
NCGNE1619 was recently submitted for the same location (628 Patton Avenue).The application has numerous mistakes
and states that the facility is currently receiving cargo and letter packages with delivery services.This is not correct.The
facility is currently vacant. All operations have been relocated to the new FedEx building located in Mills River and
covered under permit NCGNE1541.
We discussed you returning the NCGNE1619 application due to all the mistakes and that it is not needed for a vacant
site where operations are covered under a different NE permit number and new location.
