Dear Stormwater Permitting Unit;
We respectfully submit the enclosed original and one copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report for BestCo LLC under General Permit Number NCG060000, Certificate of
Coverage NCG060442. This submission is for stormwater discharge sampling performed during the
2nd Quarter of 2023, (April —June 2023) as outlined in our stormwater discharge permit. We are
pleased to report that all of the analytical results are within benchmark values. Note that until we have
our eDMR account working correctly we will continue to submit DMRs by mail and upload. We have
contacted the Stormwater Section of DEMLR in Raleigh about our eDMR account.
