This review was conducted to determine whether the facility processed and monitored all residuals in compliance with Permit No. WQ0013116. The Town appears to be operating the program in compliance with all requirements of their DCAR Permit. The Town reported “no distribution” for 2022 and has not distributed since 2019 due to issues with solids handling equipment. Approximately 540 dry tons of residuals were hauled to the White Oaks Landfill located at 3898 Fines Creek Rd in Waynesville. The WWTP is currently undergoing renovations and the Town plans on distributing residuals again in 2023 or 2024.
