The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Corpening Creek WWTP
Post-Closure Care Program SDU on 7/27/2023. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is
operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0003698.
The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection
report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

Disposal Unit Annual Report on July 27, 2023.
The Annual Report submittal is in compliance with the requirements of Permit No. WQ0003698. This is a post closure care
program and is not permitted for active disposal. The SDU’s have not received residuals since 2001. The City’s permit was
renewed in July 2022.
