eDMR Comments: "BOD/Ammonia, we have had some spikes in both and believe this is due to our polishing ponds, we have
since cleaned a lot of algae from the spill ways and weirs in the ponds as well as the effluent weir, we are aerating the ponds and
have effluent blowers on and are chlorinating the ponds, this seems to be combatting the problem at this time. This is after I had
contacted the regional office on 5/16/23 with a heads up, we are still trying to figure this out and any help/advice would be greatly
appreciated."
JSB Remarks: Recurring BOD and ammonia exceedances since March 2023. Issued NOI for April 2023. ORC has made timely
reports to DWR WSRO of all upsets and exceedances. ORC has requested a technical assistance visit.
