Your resubmittal of the sketch plan does not clearly indicate how many feet of
disturbance below or above the high-water mark. You have provided the
square footage but not the dimensions as outlined in the directions on the
sketch plan. I assume the dimensions are aft X 160 ft for disturbance below the
high-water mark.(480 sq/ft) and the dimensions for disturbance above the
high-water mark are 1ft X 160ft. (160 sq/ft). Please clarify on this project and
all future projects.
You also state that you are using long reach excavator and barge, however, you
show an access road. If you are doing the work by Barge Only, please do not
include an access road in future projects. That access road drawn on your
sketch shows me that you potentially have disturbance to the buffer area.
You will need to electronically update this application. Please follow the link
below to our 'Supplemental Information Form'. Your project type will be "More
Information Response" and fill out the form including your Existing ID # which
will be the DWR # for that project. If you have any questions, please let me
