As you are probably aware,John Deere Kernersville, LLC previously operated under the following three COC's;
1. NCG030646—John Deere/West Campus
2. NCG030638—John Deere/Main and East Campuses
3. NCG030240—JRB Custom Works, LLC (dba Paladin Custom Works).JRB leases the PR230 facility from John
Deere Kernersville, LLC.
The NCDEQ Stormwater staff inspected the facility on April 26, 2023 and in a letter dated May 4, 2023 rescinded COC's
NCG030638 and NCG030240 and stated that the facility would operate under COC NCG030646.The information for COC
NCG030646 does not reflect the other John Deere areas and thus John Deere requests the following changes;
1. Address for all covered facilities (Main/East Campus, West Campus, PR230) should be;

3. PR230-The PR230 facility is owned by John Deere Kernersville, LLC but it is currently leased by JRB Custom
Works, LLC. As part of the proposed changes to the COC,John Deere Kernersville, LLC plans to assume
responsibility for stormwater compliance including outfall sampling and analyses.Jonathan Chase/General
Manager John Deere Kernersville, LLC will have signatory authority and Debbie Randleman/Environmental
Coordinator II will be the contact for PR230.
