sample(s) we received on July 11, 2023. This original data report has been prepared and reviewed in accordance
with GEL’s standard operating procedures.
The samples were delivered with proper chain of custody documentation and signatures. All sample containers

(D062723-32) did not meet acceptance criteria for one or more internal standards. The samples were diluted in
order to bring internal standards within acceptance criteria. The results for these samples were reported from the
undiluted and diluted analyses.

results for this sample were reported from the undiluted and diluted analyses of the original extraction.
