Summary
KSCC is requesting permission to install a dike and (2) 36" HDPE flow through pipes to decrease the flow of water
in the area above the 12" directional drill. Per the drawings, we are concerned with a frack out in the creek and
managing the flow of water will decrease any environmental concerns. Per the drawings the line is supposed to
be less than three feet from the surface and we want to mitigate any turbidity.
