Hi Steve. Our contractor would like to install impervious dikes up and down stream of a 12" water line in case there is a
frack out during the directional drilling operation. The area is outside of the impacts that were permitted for the U-5738
project. Is it possible for them to proceed under a non -reporting NW 58 for the work?
I have attached the submittal from the contractor and the permit plan sheet showing the location of the water line.
