The 10300 Fink Road project, located on Fink Road in Mount Pleasant,North Carolina, is a 7-
lot subdivision on a total site of 13.32 acres. The minimum lot size of this subdivision is 115,000 square
feet and is considered a low-density project. Proposed impervious surfaces will consist of proposed
houses, driveways, sidewalks, and two private shared drives to serve these lots,with total BUA being
approximately 5%of the site area. Any runoff from these impervious surfaces will be treated with
overland flow through vegetated surfaces, including a vegetated stream buffer, and will not require any
additional BMP's for treatment.
