Reference is made to Corps letter of July 11, 2022 (attached) which noted Springdale Golf Course has not completed the 
requested remedial actions of the notice of unauthorized activity dated January 31, 2022, and the deadline to complete 
these actions has passed. The Corps has reviewed the attached memorandum submitted by PR Engineering which states 
Springdale Golf Course plans to pipe portions of the impacted stream and restore the remaining un‐piped reaches of the 
stream. The permit application for these activities is to be submitted to the Corps in the Fall 2022.  

The Corps extends the deadline to complete the requested remedial actions of the above mentioned notice of 
unauthorized activity to November 18, 2022. By this date Springdale Golf Course must submit the applicable permit 
application to the Corps and NCDWR for piping and/or restoring this impacted stream. If you have questions please
