Forbo is requesting the addition of two outfalls to general stormwater permit NCG050129. Information on these two
outfalls is provided below. No change is required to Outfall 001.
Outfall 002
Location: 35°7'9.1"N, 80°56'52.7"W
This outfall is roadside ditch leading to an unnamed tributary of Steele Creek
Outfall 003
Location: 35°7'9.48"N, 80°56'48.12"W
This outfall is a ditch which passes into a culvert under the road adjacent to the southern boundary of the property and
eventually flows to an unnamed tributary of Steele Creek.
