The new owner can get their own permit with their own treatment system, or they could drain offsite to the existing pond if it is big enough. The "future" is the amount of extra impervious that can fit in the pond as it is currently designed (assuming that the impervious area is inside the pond's drainage area:) If you choose to do the offsite scenario, then you also have to modify the 8.3ac permit to show the subdivision. Send all suspicious email as an attar i Lyn- NCDEQ approved a stormwater permit in 2007 for the ABC Store in Beaufort (see attached). The store is on an 8.3 acre tract, and they plan to sell about 6 acres. The infiltration basin installed serves 3.7 acres of the site. Selling of part of the tract increases the percent impervious, is that a concern? Second, on page 2/14 of the attached PDF permit, Design Standard #3 says that the built -upon area forthe future development is limited to 57,935 sf. Does that mean that NCDEQ is willing to consider the original 8.3 ac as a whole, but that future BUA is limited to that specified amount.... Or a modified permit is required?
