All, my apologies if I misinterpreted the original email. It said that they had not gotten three consecutive months of data
that have not been above benchmark monitoring thresholds. (Although there is an extra 'gotten' in the original message
below). Steve, can you clarify? Did you mean to type that you have now gotten three consecutive months below
benchmark? I apologize for the confusion of directing you to ask for relief from the MRO. I did not look at the DMRs
when I read the email and just tried to get you to the right office.

That's great news that you were able to get the issue resolved.
Please forward your attachment to me—it did not come through with the email.
In general, if you have 3 consecutive sampling events that are below benchmark for all parameters,you don't need our
permission to go back to quarterly monitoring,you can just proceed. However, please make sure it is 3 consecutive
samples for all required monitoring parameters,where all were below benchmarks or otherwise in range.

This facility was in Tier II monitoring,with monthly sampling and inspections when I took this project over. After
addressing some issues,we have not gotten three gotten three consecutive months of data that have not been above
benchmark monitoring thresholds.
I'm attaching the three DMRs for reference. Please let me know what else you might require for us to reduce this facility
back down to quarterly sampling and inspections. I know you guys are slammed; however, I'm wondering if this is
possible to have squared away by the end of the month? (Only asking because July hasn't been too friendly as far as
weather forecasting—and the next week looks DRY).
