records and the WUP submitted indicate that the current permitted Op Type is 9792 Feeder -Finish. If you wish to
change to Wean -Finish, please submit an updated WUP and CAWMP Certification Form.
Page 2 — Please update items 2.4.a and 2.4.b. to include surface area, liner type, and total capacity. The as -built records

2.4.a existing Digester with 60 mm synthetic liner, 47,999 ft2 surface area, 60 mm synthetic cover, total
capacity 2,536,933 gallons (339,139 ft3)
2.4.b existing Lagoon with 40 mm synthetic liner, 265,946 ft2 surface area, and total capacity of 24,418,168
gallons (3,264,234 ft3)
It's my understanding that these are the only two waste storage and treatment structures; there are two lift
stations, one digester mixing station, and one effluent pump station. If any of this information is wrong, please provide
corrected information.
