The project is located along New River Inlet Road in Onslow County. The site is currently undeveloped and is located in an established residential area. The proposed project consists of construction of a single-family residence. With the location of the existing wetland area a small fill impact is proposed in order to facilitate the construction of the proposed home. The fill area is noted to be approximately 0.01 acres and is to be stabilized with a retaining wall to minimize the amount of impact needed.
