Thanks so much for reaching out. It looks like we missed it in the batch when we created the COCs (probably because
the effective date was different than June 1), but the permit has been renewed effective 6/13/2023. Our apologies for
that oversight!
I am using the renewal request form to create a copy of the renewal COC for you right now. You should get that email
shortly.

Teddy, when the fee has been paid, please let us know. We will coordinate with our Billing Specialist,Tev, to confirm,
and then Joyce can renew the Certificate of Coverage. We will be creating renewal COCs later this month, so taking care
of this now will ensure it will get into the batch of permits we create those for.
Joyce—please let me know when you are able to complete that renewal in the BIMS system after payment.

That's correct—no NOI submittal is required for renewal.
As long as all fees are paid up, the general permit COCs will be automatically renewed in 2023.

According to GENERAL PERMIT NO. NCG050000, no notice of intent is required.
Just would like to double check that coverage will automatically occur for both the facilities.
