Jim/Mike,

We completed our upload of supplemental information for SW6221001 - Macridge & Chicken Road
Intersection Improvements on June 22, 2023. Hard copies should have been delivered to your office on
Monday, June 26, 2023.

I know you have a lot on your plate and everybody is probably screaming for their project to be approved. I
also recognize that, technically, it could be another 90 days before we hear anything. However, I would ask
if there is any way to speed up the approval for this project. This is a design-build project at Fort Bragg and
the contractor locked in his prices about a year ago. Every day the start of this project is delayed the prices
go up and the contractor is, in effect, losing money.

The changes made to SCM-01 were minor. We are hopeful this project can be approved quickly such that we
can get to work. As you can imagine, the garrison commander is pushing us to get this started. We would
appreciate anything you can do to move this forward quickly. Thank you for your consideration.
