We are processing this Modification request for Project Blue, which is a request to update mailing address. Is this the
new mailing address for just the Anh Nguyen (listed as both legally responsible official and site contact)?
The supporting documentation uploaded was just a photo of a letter with the new address on it, but we noted it had
"Raleigh, CA", which I assume is a typo because of the zip code.
Did you update any Erosion Control FRO form with that new address, or do you have other official Erosion &Sediment
Control correspondence with the new address that you can provide? That type of document would be preferred for the
record over a picture of a letter with an address with the wrong state listed. You can email me another document
directly(no need to resubmit), and I can proceed with the updates.
