Jenni/Amie, When I sent the 401 to this developer and their civil engineer yesterday the engineer informed me that instead of a rip rap ditch a concrete ditch would be necessary where the linear wetland impact is located. Due to the amount of storm water that flows through the 36" culvert under Whitehead Avenue he had to revise the rip rap to concrete. The wetland impact amount has not changed just the fact that concrete will be used as opposed to rip rap. I have informed them that they will need to pipe water around the impact area during construction to avoid water within the wetland encountering wet concrete. I thought it would be good to send the revised impact map for your files. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Jennifer L Robertson, President ATLAS Environmental, Inc. 338 S.
