Subject: RE: NCG190119 Wharf Landing Application
Brittany,
I just spoke with Thom Edgerton who did this inspection. He said that the application was submitted based on his letters
or emails to all marinas in area to get coverage under NCG19 permit, however, the inspection revealed that this marina
only has slips with no additional services offered, hence he believes that the facility does not need a permit. The
application can be returned. Since there is a lot more upland development planned in future,we can revisit this marina
and re-evaluate at that time.
Thanks
Samir

Subject: NCG190119 Wharf Landing Application
Good morning guys,
I found an application from back in 2020 that was never issued,Wharf Landing in Edenton. The inspection in BIMS reads
that it is "private and without qualifying service".
Does that mean the application should be returned?
