Comments: TSS in SDO1 could not be test to lab error, this is the statement we received:"We're
limited to a maximum filter residue of 200 mg/L.Any more than that could lead to the
possibility of trapping moisture in the sample. With a typical sample this is usually
not a problem as the filter clogs long before it gets to that point, and if it does turn
out overweight we usually have enough remaining to rerun. I believe what happened
here is that the residue that was filtered out left enough space between particles to
allow the water portion to flow through(think sand),so the analyst was able to
continue to filter the full volume of sample. It is a rare occurrence, but it does
happen."
