Brittany: I inspected this facility under the previous owner's permit, NCG130091, on May 4t"of this year. The old
company no longer exists. There were no records related to stormwater compliance available. Mr. Yelton purchased
the facility and started his own company recycling asphalt shingles. He decided to apply for his own COC rather than
transfer the old COC. I think that was wise, since there were no compliance records available.
I recommend issuing NCG130114, and rescinding NCG130091.
Jeffrey and Zahid: There is no reason to inspect this facility at this time.
