Yes — it was just a mistake as we were dealing with different entities during the sale of the
property. Mistakenly typed in the wrong one during submittal and looking to correct now. I will email you

Hi, Erik,
It looks like this COC was just issued recently—earlier this month, in fact. Was there a change to the owner entity just
after issuance, or was that just a mistake?
We waive fees for new COCs when mistakes are identified within 60 days, and since this is in the same timeframe, we
can do the same with the fee for a new permit here. In cases where the permit has been in place a long time and annual
fees have been issued, getting a new permit just means starting the annual fee on a new schedule with that$100
payment.

Let us know the circumstances and also when a new eNOI is submitted so we can apply the original fee paid
accordingly.
