I have attached a marked up 401 — see pages 1 and 4. Our main concern is that the 40' of temporary stream impact was not included and the amount of stream restoration is too high. Please see the email string below starting in December 2022. If someone does not have time to revise the 401, please respond that the impacts reflected in the attached 404 are applicable to the 401 approval. Those impacts are listed below. I still need this 401 revised. The 401 includes more impacts than what we need. It reflects the original impacts we requested. We reduced stream impacts significantly from the original submittal. See the attached revised impact map and e-PCN. I need the 401 to reflect the impacts on the 404. Here is a summary of the impacts: S1 = 87' of intermittent stream for a culvert S2 = 74' of intermittent stream for a culvert S3 = 600' of stream restoration S4 = 40' of perennial stream for a temporary impact to install a waterline W1 = 0.019 acre of wetland fill Is someone able to revise the 401 to reflect these reduced impacts? Beacon needs to submit the 404 and 401 for their local plan approval and are held up until we get the 401 revised. Thanks everyone!
