Furthermore, the Town of Newton Grove understands that default in payment or failure to submit
payment as per the terms of this agreement will cause the outstanding balance to immediately
become due and the collection of the balance will be pursued through the courts. The Town of
Newton Grove also acknowledges that the Division reserves the right to take enforcement action
against the facility for additional violations should they occur.
