In accordance with PartI, Condition A. (6).of our National Pollutant. Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. NC0005363 .after monitoring of the first five toxicityaests:for. Duke Energy Progress.LLC., Weatherspoon Steam:Etectric Planrs Outfall 001 - Cooling Pond, Dukewill conduct one test annually, with,the annual period beginning in January -of the next calendar year. The annual test. requirement must be performed and reported by June 30. If no discharge occurs by;June 36 notification will be made to the Division within 2 weeks after June 30..'
