5. Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application.. *
Undeveloped, we want to build on the land and want to apply for a rip -rap and dock permit from Duke and need a 401 certification
from your department. The site is currently just full of trees and grass. It appeared at some time in the pass there was a black top
road on property, maybe before Duke set up the lake

Want to build a duplex as in picture uploaded, need to clear to 30 foot buffer and any other trees etc that we can remove to make a
nice lake front view

o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
