The site is currently just full of trees and grass. It appeared at some time in the pass there was a black top road on property, maybe before Duke set up the lake Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): Want to build a duplex as in picture uploaded, need to clear to 30 foot buffer and any other trees etc that we can remove to make a nice lake front view 8.
