Mr. Tankard:
In response to NOV-2023-MV-0114, the Operators did not plan and cover the daily operations
and permit required testing of the treatment facility on the day of the Operator Certification exam.
Operators are instructed to check and run required testing 5 days per week as required by the permit
even when scheduled exams, training or Continued Education locations are away from their facilities.
Early or late arrivals are permitted to ensure daily permit requirements are met and must be followed.
