We can do that.
Don’t forget that 2x original signed hard copies of the Fast-Track ATC Form are required (it is a fairly common mistake).

We would like to move this to the Fast-Track process. I’ll get started on the Fast-Track application and getting it
executed. Please let me know what else you need from me. We sent a check, plans, calculations, etc. with the original
submittal. I’d rather not resubmit everything if you can retain it until you receive the fast-track application.
Thanks.

Yes, we do not cash the check until the project is accepted for review. We can also cannibalize items from the Standard
Application for use in the Fast-Track Application (or you can just resubmit everything, whichever is easiest for you).

Jim,
If we withdraw the standard application and apply through the Fast-Track process, will you apply the $505 check
submitted to the new Fast-Track submittal?
Thanks.

Do you think asking the County Manager to get involved will help ?

We have received a new application for the subject project on April 4, 2023. At this time, we are not processing new
Standard Applications. We will hold onto the provided application until we resume processing Standard Applications or
until July 3, 2023 (90 days after receiving the application), whichever comes first.
Your options are as follows:
Withdraw the Standard Application and apply for a permit for this project through the Fast-Track process. NOTE:
Please refer to the eligibility requirements outlined in 15A NCAC 02H .1043
(http://reports.oah.state.nc.us/ncac/title%2015a%20-%20environmental%20quality/chapter%2002%20-
%20environmental%20management/subchapter%20h/15a%20ncac%2002h%20.1043.pdf) and Part A of the
Fast-Track ATC Application Form as not all projects are suited to be permitted through the Fast-Track process.
Wait for us to process the application. If we do not process the application within 90 days of receiving it, it is
assumed that the Division has no issues with what is being proposed and the project is deemed approved (in
accordance with 15A NCAC 02H .1042(3)(c) http://reports.oah.state.nc.us/ncac/title%2015a%20-
%20environmental%20quality/chapter%2002%20-
%20environmental%20management/subchapter%20h/15a%20ncac%2002h%20.1042.pdf).
Sorry for the inconvenience, we are working to correct this issue and will do so as soon as we are able to.
