Good Morning,
We had a sediment loss on the above -mentioned project. It came over the top of one the SDOs and was contained to
the area of the floodplain bench, nothing was lost to jurisdictional waters. Total sediment loss was five (5 gallon)
buckets. The SDO was repaired and beefed up, the area was cleaned and reestablished and the crew was reminded to
update their NPDES records. If you have any questions, please reach out to me.
