Explain the purpose of the proposed project:' The Town of Harrisburg's Town Center Roadway Connection Project includes the construction of a new alignment roadway connecting Hagler Street and Cambridge Drive. This project will be completed in conjunction with the Davis Creek Greenway project. 4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:' The Town of Harrisburg's Town Center Roadway Connection and Davis Creek Greenway Project includes the construction of a new alignment greenway, approximately 1,500 feet in length beginning at the intersection of Hagler Street and Financial Way/Carl Parmer Drive. This new greenway will feature a 10-foot width and will tie into a greenway/sidewalk constructed along Cambridge Drive. This project also includes a new alignment roadway connecting Hagler Street and Cambridge Drive. These new roadway and greenway segments will serve to connect the Town Center and new residential development for both motorists and pedestrians/bicyclists. Standard road building equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and dump trucks will be utilized during construction. 5. Jurisdictional Determinations 5a.
