Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations. Please provide a
response within ten (10) days of receipt of this Notice that includes how you propose to resolve these
issues and a schedule for the resolution of these issues. Your response will be reviewed and if enforcement
action is still deemed appropriate, then you will be notified of the action.
