We are glad to update it if needed—you can email us the info. Owner Contact is separate from the "Owner-Owner"Affiliation, who is the legally responsible person. It's another contact associated with the owner entity/company, and if there's only one permit in the system, it's probably not necessary if that person is the same as the permit or facility contact anyway. Let us know if you just want to remove the person listed, or list another individual (name, title, addresses, phone, and email) as the Owner Contact. I am sorting through the Shurtape facilities and there are several names that are no longer correct. I hate to bother you, but I have another question. On the NPDES Stormwater Permit Summary there is a category called the Owner Contact Person(s). I do not see that in your list below, nor is it on the contact update request form. How does that person/name get updated? Here's the info from our website about requesting those changes: 3 How to Update Permit Data Enter your stormwater permit number into the Stormwater Permit Summary Report and you will see a form that includes the address of the facility, contact information for the permit, and the regulated stormwater outfall(s) for the facility. See guidance below for updating the following: 1 . Facility/Company name or ownership, complete the Name/Ownership Change Form. 2. Legally responsible person (Owner Affiliation), complete the Permit Contact Update Request Form. 3. Delegation of Signature Authority (DOSA), complete the Permit Contact Update Request Form. 4. Billing contact, complete the Permit Contact Update Request Form. 5. Permit contact, complete the Permit Contact Update Request Form. 6. Facility contact, complete the Permit Contact Update Request Form. 7. Facility address only, email Joyce Sanford. 8. Stormwater outfall information, email Brittany Cook (General Permits) or Brianna Young (Individual Permits). I hope this info helps! Good afternoon. I am new to Shurtape, and there have been some personnel changes and in looking at one of our Certificates of Coverage, I need to update the various contacts information. Can you tell me the best way to get that done, and then get a copy of the updated Certificates of Coverage?
