Hey Ryan, You are correct, the as -built table is supposed to have 262,002 in both the total area column and the creditable area column. Attached is a corrected copy of the project credit table. The total area is listed as 626,002 ft2 while the total creditable area is listed as 262,002. Additionally, in the BPDP the credit table has 262,015 ft2 of total area for the feature and 262,015 ft2. Is the As -Built credit release table supposed to have 262,002 ft2 in both the total area column and total creditable area column? I feel like the 2 and 6 may have gotten switched around. Let me know if that makes sense or if you have any other questions. If I am correct and the As -built credit table needs to be updated, please send a corrected version to Katie. Additionally, my last day with DWR will be tomorrow 7/14/2023, so any further correspondence on this as -built report should be CC'd or sent to Katie. Thanks, it has been a pleasure working with you. The 262,002 number is supported by the signed and sealed survey, so I think the total sf and total creditable sf are supposed to be the same at 262,002. 1 attached a picture of the as -built and survey credit tables. Sorry, I should have gotten clarification on this before sending the approval. I can call Kaitlyn if you would like. Thanks for sharing with me your notes. Was the Project Credit Table (blue & yellow table) correct with the right amount of 262,002? That 262,002 or (626,002) needs to be also be supported by the calcs that are taken from the signed & sealed AsBuilt survey/plat. Let me know what you find. Sorry, I should have checked in with you before sending the approval. Here are my notes from the as -built review. O'Berry Road — Wildlands - #20210019v2 — 6/16/2023 - Unplanted areas were noted during the as -built walk were supplementally planted on March 22nd 2023. - Slight modifications to the project credit table o The as -built has total buffer area for O'Berry creek, UT1 as 626,002 sf but the BPDP has only 262,015 sf. The total creditable area for the as built is 262,002 compared to 262,015. Pretty sure it is just a typo and they meant to put 262,002. o Reduction of 20.894 Nutrient offset credits and reduction of 13.4 Riparian Buffer Credits - Planting list is the same between as -Built and BPDP - As -Built stem plot data exactly matches planting list percentages o Plot data also meets all the density and diversity standards - Mapped credit areas are the same between BPDP and As -Built - Plots appear to be in the same location - Signed survey was included - The survey map and credit amounts all match the square feet in the As -Built Report - Photos of each plot are included with a date and are taken from the same photo point. - Two small erosion areas near plot 4 were stabilized with haybales and live stakes. - An erosion area along UT1 was graded by hand and had strawbales and live stakes installed. Seed mix was applied to all erosional areas. - A cool season seed mix was spread over the entire parcel in January 2023 and Summer mix was applied in April 2023. By copy of this correspondence, this As -Built Report has been reviewed and is approved. Once DWR receives a monitoring bond per the requirements of the mitigation banking instrument, then DWR can proceed with the issuance of a credit release for Task 3. The performance bond that DWR currently has on file is attached to this email and is no longer required.
