The 10300 Fink Road project, located on Fink Road in Mount Pleasant,North Carolina, is a 7-
lot subdivision on a total site of 33.30 acres. This project will be constructed in a single phase,with all
lots shown on the plans constructed in roughly the same period of time as lots are sold and building
permits obtained from Cabarrus County. Actual BUA for each lot will be established as building permits
are obtained but will be restricted by the maximum BUA set forth in the `Low Density Residential
Subdivisions Deed Restrictions and Protective Convenances'. As mentioned,no additional construction
or BUA is planned for this property beyond this phase of development as shown on the associated plans
and ATC Permit Application Form.
