Dear Mr. Farkas,
On behalf of Blue Ridge Retirement Partners, LLC, we are pleased to submit the requested
additional information for your review and approval. The project will include the development
of a retirement community consisting of independent living homes, assisted living units, and a
central hub for community activities and services. The storm system is in the high-density
central portion of the site. This portion is 33.45 acres with 371 dwelling units. The low-density
area encompasses the remaining 73.48 acres with 85 dwelling units. Please find enclosed the
following items for your review and approval:
