Please delineate the drainage area going to Wet Basin 1 in the Drainage Plan and note the area in square feet on the plans corresponding to the value listed in the Application Section IV,10 Drainage Area. This is required per 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2)(g)(iv)&Section VI,8o of the Application). 2. Please revise the notes on the plans for consistency.Forebay overflow weir top width in the cross section is 5',on the plan view, the forebay overflow weir specifies a minimum of 10'wide. 3. Supplement-EZ,Wet Pond Line 48 indicates Bermuda turf(or another kind of non-clumping turf,if you wish to update the Supplement-EZ)will be used on the dam and embankment, please specify on the plans. Please provide 1x hard copy of the complete, original Supplement-EZ Form with the following corrections made(This item is required per Sections V&VI,3 of the Application): 1) Wet Pond:Line 2—Please revise the minimum required treatment volume in Line 2 to match the calculated volume. Per the provided calculations: V=3630*Rd*Rv*A Rd=1 in,Rv=0.42,A=20.86 V=3630*1 in*0.42*20.86=31,803 cf Provide PDFs of all revisions,2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets,1 hardcopy of other documents. Hard copies must be mailed or delivered to the following address: For Fed Ex/UPS: Brianna Holland 512 N.Salisbury Street,Office 640E Raleigh,NC 27604 For USPS: Brianna Holland 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh,NC 27699-1612 Hand Delivery: Please reach out to me prior to hand delivering a submission to make sure that I(or someone else in my group)will be able to receive the submission.Do not leave the package in the foyer with the security guard. NOTE:Hard copies should not be sent to a Regional Office.Doing so will delay the review process and the submission package may be lost while being sent from the Regional Office to me in the Central Office. While not required, consider revising the hatch pattern or outlining the hatch, the bottom elevation is no longer visible, which makes it less apparent on the cross section that the weir has been raised to the temporary pool elevation. Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https:Hedocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplementa 1-U pload 1 Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche(Provided everything is still in order),we can issue the permit without doing another formal review. As long as the 75 lots are all being treated by Wet Basin-1 (or another SCM proposed under this phase), this will not be a problem. With this change, the project area should only include the Phase 1 area for the project area. When the rest of the tract is being permitted, Phase 2 may be its own permit, or the Phase 1 permit can be modified to include the Phase 2 area. Brianna, The phasing of this project has changed somewhat since the original submittal was made. Phase 1 will be 75 lots and will only include Wet Basin-1 with the future phases and corresponding SWM's to be permitted at a later date. Will this confuse things too much for you if my revised paperwork to address comments is changed to reflect the change in phasing? With this change, for project area, should include only the phase 1 area or the total area for the parent tract? The impervious area will only include what is planned for Phase 1. More specifically, will IV.4 and 7 still be 63.94 acres (total parent tract) or should it only include the phase 1 area? I included the parent tract total originally, but am now questioning whether that is the proper way to do this.
