Reid Whitehead, Scott Stalcup, and Grayson Parker were present during the inspection. - Station 203+50 LT (Site 17) - A sediment loss was self reported the morning of the inspection and was remediated before I reached the site. Additional measures are being installed this week. Coir fiber matting is needed on the stream banks at the inlet. Sediment needs to be removed from inside the 42" pipe. Sediment from inside the pipe was removed and pictures were received on 7.12.23. - Station 203+00 RT (Site 17) - Culvert outlet is not meeting the burial requirement. This will need to be addressed when the adjacent 60" pipe is replaced and embedded. Continue to meet NPDES cover requirements.
