Comments: TSS was measured to be 46.5 mg/I based upon our stormwater sample collected by
a third party on 6/20/2023;all other parameters were well below benchmark limits;
significant site improvements were made 6/6-6/12/2023 including grading and
permanent stabilization of an upstream concrete washout weir ditch line to the SW
pond; installation of a retaining wall along the asphalt fines storage area;deepening
of the sediment catchment pit and installation of a subsurface retaining wall and
block spillway section at the asphalt plant prior to flow into the SW pond forebay;
SW pond forebay cleanout;and replacement of the level spreader that serves as the
SW pond's outfall/sampling location;
