Shoreline Stabilization DWR# 20230758

Dr. Festa,

We are unable to complete our review your shoreline stabilization application due to lack of information:

* The plan received with your application does not clearly indicate the location nor the amount or dimensions of riprap that will be required, proposed locations of vegetation clearing,
or proposed grading to the shoreline itself.
* Please provide an updated application and site plan describing how the shoreline will be graded so that it is no steeper than a 3:1 slope, indicates impacts to the buffer area including
construction corridors and any tree and vegetation removal, and an elevation plan showing the location of the impacts to the shoreline and/or lake bottom. (See attached Shoreline Sketch)

* We will need the attached Catawba Buffer Notification Form completed and submitted.
* Item #9 and #10 must be completed identifying actual square footage of disturbance
