Good Afternoon,
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete request to exempt the subject
proposed redevelopment project from Stormwater Management Permit requirements on April 10, 2023. Staff review of
the plans and supporting documentation has determined that the project proposes activities that are exempted from
State Stormwater permitting requirements as set forth in the stormwater rules under Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000, as
amended.
