We are still coordinating with the NCDMF, on the floater. We expect to have a conference call with the state
agencies next week. It is our hope that this call will bring to light any outstanding concerns the state agencies may
have. However, we are not confident we will be able to address their concerns in time for the agencies to review
prior to the DWR's July 1 review period deadline. That being said, would the USACE please extend the DWR's
review period to July 21, 2023?

I thought this was going to be a General 401, 1 was reviewing under RGP-56. I never sent an email because of this.

Got the attached letter signed by DWR Director on 02/21/23 saying it need to be an IP.
The application was deemed complete on 11-28-22 by DCM. Most DCM applications list the pre -filing date and the Day 30
date, this one did not.

Right now we're trying to comfort the DMF that the floater will not rest on the bottom and when it does, which will be on rare
occasions, the stops ("feet") won't sink into the mud. I think we are almost there with them but I'd say two weeks to get final
decision. Then want to give the DWR 30 days to review and make a decision. This 45 days should be sufficient.
