Jim – For clarification, the phone number in part D1 is the same as the phone number is part D2. I’ll include 2 corrected copies of that sheet with the 2 corrected copies of the project density information. I will also send updated digital files of the documents as well. You should get these in a couple of days. Thanks! Kevin E. At this time, the submission is not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition. Please provide the following submittal items within 30 calendar days (by close of business on 4/8/2023) so that we may accept the project and begin the review process, otherwise, the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.  2x hard copies of the Application Form (or pages) with the following corrections made (A complete application is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(a)):  Part D1 – Please provide a phone number for the Applicant. NOTE: A phone number for Mr. Griffin is provided in Part D2. If this phone number is the same one that will be used in Part D1, let me know and I can manually correct the hard copies that I have.  Part E5 – The project density does not appear to be calculated correctly. For a project with existing BUA, the project density is calculated as \[New BUA\] / ({Project Area\] – \[Existing BUA\]). It appears as though the existing BUA is not accounted for. Based on the provided information (\[New BUA\] = 334,540 sf, \[Project Area\] = 1,314,968 sf, & \[Existing BUA\] = 98,150 sf) the percent BUA would be about 27.5% \[334,540 sf / (1,314,968 sf – 98,150 sf) = 27.5%\]. NOTE: This is an administrative completeness review, not a detailed engineering review, there may be other issues that may be brought up during the engineering review. If these items are received within the stipulated timeframe, we can accept the project and begin the review process. Once accepted, reviews under the Fast-Track permitting process can take up to 30 calendar days per statute (one of our two reviewer positions is currently vacant). 1 Hard copies should be mailed to the following address: For FedEx/UPS: Jim Farkas 512 N.
