Not really (you could re-apply through the Fast-Track program, but that may end up taking longer). Those projects at the
top of the queue list have been waiting for a review for almost 90 days so they need to be reviewed first (If a project
doesn’t get reviewed within 90 days it is assumed that the Division has no issues with what was provided and it is
considered approved (per 15A NCAC 02H .1042(3)(c)).

This project will be reviewed on or before 10/10/22.
