REMARKS: Good afternoon Greg, I am resending the comment response letter and
associated attachments I previously sent. I left a voicemail for you this
afternoon to confirm you received the files. Please let me know if you have
any problems downloading the files. You will find a letter in response to
your questions as well as Attachments A - G in support of your request for
additional information.
Please note the State Construction Office and the NC Department of Natural
and Cultural Resources has approved the Battleship NC Living with Water
project to move towards bidding. We anticipate the project to go to bid this
summer with construction to begin in November. We would be happy to
walk through any additional questions you may have on the project design
to ensure the project stays on schedule.
We look forward to coordinating with the Corps, DWR, and DCM to continue
the permit review process.
