Good morning,
We received your application for a new Fast-Track ATC post-construction stormwater permit on 1/5/2023. At this time,
the submission is not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition. Please
provide the following submittal items within 30 calendar days (by close of business on 2/9/2023) so that we may accept
the project and begin the review process, otherwise, the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.
2x hard copies of the Application Form (or pages) with the following corrections made (A complete application is
required per 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(a)):
Part D1 – Please provide the Applicant’s contact information (phone number and email address).
Part D2 – Please complete this section of the Application.
Part D4 – Please provide the Property Owners’ contact information (phone number and email address).
1x hard copy of the Application Form (or pages) with the following corrections made (A complete application is
required per 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(a)):
Part G – Only 1x original, signed hard copy of this section was provided and 2x original, signed (wet
signature) hard copies are required per Part F1 of the Application Form.
Part I – Only 1x original, signed hard copy of the section was provided and 2x original, signed (wet
signature) hard copies are required per Part F1 of the Application Form.
2x hard copies of a construction sequence discussing how any future development on the project may be
phased. This is required per 115A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(g) and Part F of the Application. The construction
sequence does not need to be lengthy, just a brief description of how future development on the project will
be phased; if no future development is planned for the project, you can simply state that.
2x hard copies of documentation from the NC Secretary of State, or other official documentation, which
supports the title and position held by the Applicant/Signing Official (Wes Feinman). This item is required per
15A NCAC 2H .1043(3)(b) and Part F7 of the Application Form.
NOTE: This is an administrative completeness review, not a detailed engineering review, there may be other issues that
may be brought up during the engineering review.
If these items are received within the stipulated timeframe, we can accept the project and begin the review process.
Once accepted, reviews under the Fast-Track permitting process can take up to 30 calendar days per statute (one of our
two reviewer positions is currently vacant).
Hard copies should be mailed to the following address:
