Good Afternoon Jim-

We are working on gathering the requested information to complete the application for the HIBS Wolfspeed Project. We
did want to request additional information/clarification regarding the following comment:

“2x hard copies of documentation from the NC Secretary of State, or other official documentation, which supports the
title and position held by the Applicant/Signing Official (Wes Feinman). This item is required per 15A NCAC 2H .1043(3)(b)
and Part F7 of the Application form.”

We have documentation from the Secretary of State confirming that Whiting Turner is a business in good standing with
NC and a document from the Secretary of State that lists the leadership of Whiting Turner (see attached). Wes Feinman
is not listed on the document, he has been one of the lead contacts on this project for Whiting Turner. In order to satisfy
the comment made, what official documentation is acceptable from Whiting-Turner that would support Wes
Feinman’s title and position with the project?
