A copy of the NPDES permit and the previous year's annual report were available for review. The ORC visitation log appeared to be complete and current. Calibration records for equipment appeared to be properly documented. Laboratory data was reviewed and all data that was reviewed appeared to be correct, as reported on the DMR's. All treatment units appeared to be in good working order and the facility appeared to be operated and maintained properly. The effluent appeared to be very clear at the time of this inspection. As part of this inspection, effluent samples were collected and sent to the Division of Water Resources laboratory for analysis.
